Exploration of'directing,logging,mud-logging,steering'integration model while drilling for shale oil horizontal wells in Biyang Depression
Horizontal well is one of the main means for reservoir development to achieve high yield with fewer wells, multiple targets in one well, cost reduction and efficiency improvement. However, the geological conditions of the shale reservoir in the third Member of Hetaoyuan Formation in Biyang Depression are complicated, which is not conducive to the speed and efficiency improvement of horizontal well drilling.Based on seismic, logging, mud logging and laboratory analysis data, this paper points out the difficulties in the drilling of shale oil horizontal wells by analyzing the geological characteristics of the shale reservoir in the third Member of Hetaoyuan Formation in Biyang Depression, and expounds the exploration and application of the'directing,logging,mud-logging,steering'integration model in Biyang Depression from the aspects of integrated organization and operation, integrated coordinated construction and integrated support. The results show that the shale oil reservoir in the third Member of Hetaoyuan Formation in Biyang Depression is characterized by local micro-structure and fault development, rapid formation dip change and poor seismic data quality, which makes it difficult to predict the target and adjust the well trajectory in drilling construction, and affects the accuracy of the evaluation of drilling data.By selecting the directional system, the drilling assembly and the efficient drill bit,and applying the forward and inverse logging data combined with the corrected element logging data for comprehensive evaluation, the well trajectory optimization landing and long horizontal section continuous tracking were realized.The'directing,logging,mud-logging,steering'integration model while drilling was applied in Well YYY1HF,which increased the ROP and increased the target zone penetration rate to 100%,facilitating the optimal rapid drilling of regional shale oil horizontal wells, which is of great significance for the development of optimal rapid drilling technology of horizontal wells and the efficient development of shale oil.
