Design of Digital-analog Hybrid Drive Circuit for Galvanometer Motor Based on DSP
As an indispensable part of high-end laser equipment,the galvanometer motor drive circuit plays a vital role in the fast and accurate oscillation of the motor.At present,most of the galvanometer brands in China still use a pure analog galvanometer motor drive circuit architecture,which has low operating bandwidth compared to the digital-analog hybrid drive circuit,and the control accuracy is easily affected by temperature.A digital-analog hybrid drive circuit of galvanometer motor based on digital signal processor(DSP)is designed.Firstly,two high-precision analog-to-digital conversion chips are used to design the current sampling circuit and the position sampling circuit.The current and position signals are converted into digital signals and transmitted to DSP for processing,and then the voltage con-trol signals are output by high-precision digital-to-analog conversion chip,and finally the voltage control signals are output by linear power amplifier.Where,the accuracy of current and position sampling reaches 1 mA and 1 μrad,the accuracy of output control signal is 1 mV.The test of the independent experimental platform proves that the drive cir-cuit can improve the working bandwidth of the galvanometer motor system while ensuring the control accuracy.
