摘要
风能作为一种环保、可再生的能源形式,正在逐渐成为全球能源结构的重要组成部分.储能与风电单机相结合,可提高风电系统整体性能,并在实现能量存储与增强调度能力方面发挥着重要作用.本文设计了一种适合风电机组的中压三相交错式三电平双向DC/DC储能变流器,建立了在充电、放电模式下即Buck模式和Boost模式下的电路等效模型,分析了电路拓扑结构并进行了参数设计.在Matlab/Simulink中建模并仿真验证了该双向DC/DC变换器的功能,最后对样机进行了测试验证.
Abstract
Wind energy,as an environmentally friendly and renewable form of energy,is gradually becoming an impor-tant part of the global energy structure.Combining energy storage with individual wind turbines can improve the over-all performance of wind power systems and plays an important role in achieving energy storage and enhancing dis-patch capability.A medium voltage three-phase interleaved three-level bidirectional DC/DC energy storage converter suitable for wind turbines is designed.This converter establishes the circuit equivalent model under both charging and discharging modes,namely Buck mode and Boost mode,and analyzes the topology with design parameters.The func-tion of this bidirectional DC/DC converter is modeled and simulated in Matlab/Simulink,and the prototype is tested and verified at the end.
