摘要

恒稳电性源是电磁发射机的重要组成部分,其功能是为电磁发射机提供稳定可靠的电压、电流,进而获得有效的数据来进行地球物理勘探.随着我国对电磁发射机的功率等级、电压等级及输出稳定性的要求不断提升,其供电系统的设计变得越来越复杂.针对目前国内发射机存在功率小、电压低及输出稳定性差的问题,本文设计了一种新型大功率电磁发射机供电变换器,主要由全桥串联LC谐振变换器与Buck变换器级联所组成,使得输出电压可以在 0~1 000 V调节,输出功率达到 30 kW.通过对原理样机的搭建,验证了该变换器的可行性,并获得了很好的效果.本文所提新型变换器有助于中浅层地质空间探测,进而促进资源勘探,并为电磁勘探技术提供了良好的基础.

Abstract

Constant stable electrical source is an important part of electromagnetic transmitter,its function is to provi-de stable and reliable voltage and current for electromagnetic transmitter,and then obtain effective data for geophysical exploration.With the continuous improvement of China's requirements for the power level,voltage level and output stability of electromagnetic transmitters,the design of its power supply system has become more and more complex.Ai-ming at the problems of low power,low voltage and poor output stability of domestic transmitters,a new type of power supply converter for high power electromagnetic transmitter is designed,which is mainly composed of full-bridge series LC resonant converter and Buck converter.The output voltage can be adjusted in 0~1 000 V,and the output power can reach 30 kW.The feasibility of the converter is verified by the construction of the principle prototype,and good results are obtained.The proposed new converter is helpful to the exploration of middle and shallow geological space,thus promoting resource exploration and providing a good foundation for electromagnetic exploration technology.
