Design of body structure and strength for the power vehicle of power concentrated EMUs
The body structure of the power vehicle of power concentrated EMUs is a key carrier for various equipments,as well as an important transmission component for the driving and braking forces of the entire train.In response to relevant standards and user requirements for the structure and strength of the power vehicle body of power concentrated EMUs,this paper analyzes the operating environment and load characteristics of the power concentrated EMUs,proposes an adaptive car body structure scheme for key load characteristics,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme through simulation and testing.The paper proposes the influence of aerodynamic loads on the vehicle structure,the influence of vehicle modal on the vehicle's resistance to snake motion,the influence of local vibrations,and the stability of the vehicle structure itself,and provides relevant solutions.
