永磁牵引技术应用背景下的地铁车辆升级改造

文章以永磁牵引技术的应用为背景,分析了我国地铁车辆原有的交流异步牵引系统在运营中的突出问题,结合当下永磁同步牵引系统的各种优势进行整车升级改造的必要性分析,并介绍了交流异步牵引系统升级改造为永磁同步牵引系统的实施方案.改造后的牵引电机额定功率高效区由 60%提升到85%,列车的平均能耗可降 30%以上,延寿节能所带来的收益完全可以覆盖系统更换所耗费的成本.
Upgrading of metro vehicles under the background of permanent magnet traction technology application
Based on the application of permanent magnet traction technology,this paper analyzes the prominent problems in the operation of original asynchronous traction system of metro vehicles in China.Combined with the various advantages of current permanent magnet system,the necessity of vehicle upgrading is analyzed.The scheme of upgrading the asynchronous traction system to the permanent magnet traction system is presented.After the upgrading,the rated power high efficiency area of traction motor is increased from 60%to 85%,and the average energy consumption of the train can be reduced by more than 30%.The benefits of life extension and energy saving can fully cover the cost of system replacement.
