摘要

巴西圣保罗地铁 13 号线列车运行过程中,屡次出现牵引逆变器的网压过压和中间直流电压过压问题.文章针对过压现象进行了排查定位,得出引发过压问题的原因,并针对性地提出相应的改造方案和优化建议.通过试验和实际运行验证,改造方案切实有效,改造后的列车运营情况良好,未再出现过压问题.但改造方案费时费力,后续还应从牵引逆变器的设计环节进行优化改进.

Abstract

During the operation of São Paulo Metro Line 13 train in Brazil,the problems of grid voltage overvoltage and intermediate DC voltage overvoltage of traction inverter often occur.In this paper,the overvoltage phenomenon is investigated and located,and the cause of the overvoltage problem is obtained.The corresponding transformation scheme and optimization suggestions are put forward.Through the test and actual operation verification,the transformation scheme is effective,and the train operation after the transformation is in good condition.There is no overvoltage problem again.However,the transformation scheme is time-consuming and laborious,so the design of the traction inverter should be optimized and improved in the future.
