基于正交试验法的牵引电机噪声试验方法研究

为了研究牵引电机的参数配置与噪声之间的影响因子,文章对大功率牵引电机的相关声学特性开展研究,采用正交试验法分析了某型机车牵引电机的磁通密度、转速、通风量三种因素对其噪声影响的程度,选择了最佳的牵引电机配置参数,并对最佳匹配方案进行了试验验证.验证结果表明,正交试验法在优化牵引电机声学特性及提升试验效率方面具有重要的意义.
Research on noise test method of traction motor based on orthogonal test method
In order to study the influence factors between the parameter configuration and noise of the traction motor,this paper studies the related acoustic characteristics of the high-power traction motor.The orthogonal test method is used to analyze the influence of the three factors of magnetic density,speed and ventilation volume on the noise of a certain type of locomotive traction motor.The optimal configuration parameters of the traction motor are selected,and the optimal matching scheme is verified by tests.The verification results show that the orthogonal test method is of great significance in optimizing the acoustic characteristics of traction motor and improving the test efficiency.
