Choosing Travel Mode while Transit for Airport Considering Demand-Responsive Bus
To identify the factors influencing passengers'choice of demand-responsive buses and their mechanisms, structural equation modeling(SEM)is introduced to identify key factors, and the SEM-Logit model is constructed to analyze passengers'travel choice tendencies in depth. An empirical study using a survey of Fuzhou residents'airport travel behaviors is conducted. The results show that passengers'travel preferences are significantly influenced by personal attributes, travel experience, and psychological factors, with female passengers, young passengers,low-income groups, and frequent travelers showing a greater tendency to choose demand-responsive buses. These factors affect passengers'travel needs and decision-making processes, which,in turn, influence their tendency to choose demand-responsive buses.
