Application of Large Language Models in Special Situation Handling at Toll Stations
This paper explores the application of large language models(LLMs)in handling special situations in unmanned or lightly manned toll lanes on highways.By leveraging the LLMs'capabilities in natural language processing(NLP)and knowledge reasoning,it achieves automated processing of toll-related special situations and replaces toll collectors in interacting with vehicle occupants.This paper proposes an optimization scheme for highway toll systems featuring lightly manned or unmanned self-service toll lanes based on LLMs.This scheme effectively enhances toll collection efficiency through the use of LLMs,reduces human intervention,further expands the scope of self-service handling of special situations,and provides new insights for intelligent management of highways.
