Research on Emergency Shared Mental Model of Subway Station Team Based on Fire Accident
In order to improve the effectiveness of emergency behavior in subway station teams, starting from the organizational psychological level, understanding, predicting, and controlling the emergency sharing behavior of subway station teams,a task-based emergency sharing mental model and a collaborative emergency sharing mental model are designed to study the emergency sharing behavior of subway station teams in fire accidents, and the impact of emergency sharing mental models on emergency behavior is quantitatively demonstrated.Based on the subway fire accident,a subway station team emergency sharing mental model is proposed, which is a knowledge structure and similar belief or attitude structure shared by team members in responding to emergency situations, including task-based emergency sharing mental models and collaborative emergency sharing mental models.Based on literature review and interviews,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the team members of Beijing subway stations.SPSS software was used to analyze the obtained data. The results showed that the task-based emergency sharing mental model and collaborative emergency sharing mental model were significantly positively correlated with emergency compliance behavior and emergency participation behavior at the 0.01 level, indicating a close relationship between the emergency sharing mental model and emergency sharing behavior.Perform regression analysis on emergency compliance behavior and emergency participation behavior using task-based emergency sharing mental model and collaborative emergency sharing mental model as independent variables, and establish regression models. The results indicate that the task-based emergency sharing mental model and collaborative emergency sharing mental model have a significant positive impact on emergency compliance behavior and emergency participation behavior, and the research hypothesis is validated.Propose countermeasures and suggestions for improving the emergency sharing mentality level of the subway from environmental factors, organizational factors, team factors, and individual factors.
