Researching and Developing a Bevel-braced Beret Beam Composite Support System for Application in Shallow-Buried Subway Cast-in-Place Box Girders
When cast-in-place beams are constructed over the existing shallow underground subway lines, the normal operation of the lines will be disturbed, and the existence of soft soil will further aggravate such effects. In order to solve the similar technical problems, this paper designs a new type of support system which can be directly constructed across the subway line, namely oblique support system and beret beam combined support, based on the construction example of Shanghai Songjiang high-speed Railway South Station.Combined with the components of the support and the load conditions in the actual construction process,MIDAS Civil finite element analysis software is used to model and analyze the stress and displacement of the support,so as to ensure the stress safety and structural stability of the support in the construction process. The results show that the structure can be constructed without affecting the operation of the existing line, and the strength, stiffness and stability of the structure can meet the requirements of the code, which can provide a feasible idea for the design and calculation of the support of the same type of bridge.
