摘要

教育评价事关教育发展方向,教师是面向学生进行教育评价的直接执行者,教师教育评价能力关系到教育评价理念的最终落实.针对大连市教师教育评价能力的现状和问题,提出教师教育评价能力提升建议.

Abstract

Educational evaluation is related to the direction of educational development. Teachers are the di-rect performers of educational evaluation for students, and their educational evaluation ability is related to the final implementation of the concept of educational evaluation. In view of the current situation and problems of teachers'educational evaluation ability in Dalian, suggestions are put forward for improving teachers'educa-tional evaluation ability.
