摘要

异地委托式骨干校长跟岗研修培训需要依据校长专业标准,结合委托方的组织要求与学员的培训需求来设计研修方案.其中跟岗研修的对象体系、内容体系、方法体系、基地体系及评价体系是培训设计的基础框架,对其进行系统研究是设计好培训的前提,也是提高培训实效性的关键.

Abstract

The off-site commissioned backbone principals'on-the-job training needs to be designed accord-ing to the professional standards of principals, the organizational requirements of the commissioning party and the training needs of the trainees.Among them, the object system, content system, method system, base system and evaluation system are the basic framework of the training design, and a systematic research on them is the premise of designing a good training system and also the key to improving the effectiveness of the training.
