摘要

厚植教师职业情怀是教师教育工作中全面落实立德树人根本任务的核心举措,对师范生教育公平使命感和就业竞争力的提升有着直接的现实意义.教师教育管理者应牢牢坚守"培养高质量教师"的核心使命,建立学校发展改革、教师教育评价制度改革和师范生学业评价改革三级联动机制,为厚植教师职业情怀培育沃土.

Abstract

Boosting teachers'professional sentiment is a core initiative to fully implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education in teacher education , and it has direct practical significance to the enhance-ment of normal students'sense of mission of educational equity and employment competitiveness.Teacher edu-cation administrators should firmly adhere to the core mission of"cultivating high-quality teachers"and estab-lish a three-tier linkage mechanism in school development reform, teacher education evaluation system reform and normal students'education evaluation reform to cultivate fertile soil for boosting teachers'professional sentiment.
