Strategies on Improving Management Effectiveness of Adult Higher Vocational Schools in the Information Era
Starting from specific management practices, this study analyzes the characteristics of vocational school management in the information era, explores common problems in current adult higher vocational school management, in terms of which we propose to use information technology to build an education platform, imple-ment personalized education based on students'learning and carry out the training plan to improve teachers'abilities.
