Food safety in college canteens is the lifeline of college canteens, which is related to the happi-ness and health of all the teachers and students and even countless families, and is one of the hot issues that the public is generally concerned about.From the current situation of food safety management in college canteens, common issues on food safety are disclosed and in the meanwhile, relevant countermeasures are provided.
