自主游戏中,幼儿应占有主导地位,教师负责观察和支持.目前,部分教师支持行为路径不清、支持行为缺乏策略.我们通过构建教师支持行为路径,实施高质量的师幼互动支持行为,提高教师对自主游戏的支持与引导能力,有效促进幼儿深度学习与发展.
Exploring Teachers'Supportive Behavior in Young Children's Autonomous Play
In autonomous play,children should take the leading position,and teachers are responsible for observation and support.At present,paths of some teachers'supportive behavior are unclear and their support-ive behavior lacks strategies.We improve teachers'ability to support and guide autonomous play by construct-ing paths of teachers'support behavior and implementing high-quality teacher-child interaction supportive be-havior to effectively promote children's deep learning and development.
