摘要
教育督导是我国教育法规定的一项基本教育制度,督学队伍是开展教育督导工作的最根本和最重要的依靠力量.面对新的历史形势和教育督导体制机制的深化改革情况,分析督学队伍建设的现状与挑战,从任用、管理、培训、角色四个方面,就如何进行督学队伍建设提出建议.
Abstract
Education supervision is a basic education system stipulated in China's educational law,and the supervisory team is the most fundamental and important force to carry out education supervision.In face of the new historical situation and the deepening reform of the education supervision system and mechanism,we ana-lyze the current context and challenges of the construction of the supervisory team and put forward suggestions on how to carry out the construction of the supervisory team from the four aspects of appointment,manage-ment,training and roles.
