学前教育专业学生核心素养培养实践与探索——以大连职业技术学院为例

摘要
以师范专业认证标准为背景,基于"学生中心、产出导向、持续改进"的理念,以大连职业技术学院学前教育专业为例,从课程设置、教学条件、师资队伍、实践教学等方面分析师范专业认证标准对学前教育专业学生核心素养培养的影响,并结合大连职业技术学院的实际情况,提出针对性的建议,以期切实提高高职学前教育专业人才培养的质量.
Abstract
With the background ofthe standard of teacher professional certification and based on the concept of"student-centered,output-oriented,and continuous improvement",we take the preschool education majors as an example and analyze the impact of the standard of teacher professional certification on the cultivation of core qualities of students majoring in preschool education in Dalian Vocational and Technical College from the aspects of curricula construction,teaching conditions,faculty,and practice teaching,etc.This paper also puts forward targeted suggestions combined with the actual situation of Dalian Vocational and Technical College in order to improve the quality of the cultivation of talents of preschool education majors.
