On Enhancement of Young Teachers'Research Abilities under the Policy of"Double Reduction"
The significance of improving the scientific research abilities of young teachers is mainly dis-cussed from three aspects:the need for educational research,the implementation of the"double-reduction"poli-cy and the professional development of young teachers.The current situation and main problems of young teach-ers'scientific research abilities are presented in the following aspects:inadequate consciousness of science re-search,unscientific research methods and insufficient refinement of research results.We suggest specific mea-sures to improve the scientific research abilities of young teachers from the aspects of cultivating scientific re-search interest in the opening meeting of micro-projects,being good at discovering problems and presenting mi-cro-projects'research results in the form of thesis.
