摘要
学生党建与就业工作是学生管理工作重要的组成部分,就业是根本,党建是基础.重点阐述党建与就业在学生管理工作中的主要作用,剖析当前高校党建和就业工作中存在的问题,着力探讨高校的党建工作与就业工作之间的联动关系.
Abstract
The work of students'management is made up of students'Party-building work and employment,both of which are important in students'training in universities and colleges.The article focuses on the main role of Party-building work and employment in students'management,analyzes the existing problems in cur-rent Party-building work and employment in colleges and universities,and discusses the linkage between Party building and employment.
