摘要
多年来,高校以提高全体教师党性修养和促进学校发展为教师工作重点,深入实施"双带头人"教师党支部书记培育工程,创新工作方法,创建学习载体,创立党建品牌,着力发挥教师党支部在政治引导、立德树人、促进发展等方面"头雁作用",实现基层党建工作与教学科研工作双促进、双提高.
Abstract
Over the years,in colleges and universities teachers'work focuses on improving the Party spirit of all teachers and promoting the development of the school.Through in-depth implementation of the cultiva-tion project of double-leader teachers'Party branch secretaries,we innovate methods of work,construct learn-ing carriers and create the Party-building brand and at the same time we give full play to political guidance of teachers'Party branches and promote the development of the"head goose effect"to realize the promotion of the grass-root Party-building work and research of teaching and science.
