摘要
优秀班集体作为学校教书育人的基本单位,承载着全面落实立德树人的重要使命,对学校高质量发展起着重要作用,但是从目前的实践情况来看,班集体建设还面临诸多问题.应以班级考核内容为指引,探索优秀班集体建设的路径,为优秀班集体建设蓄积力量、提供参考.
Abstract
As the basic unit of teaching and educating people in school,the excellent class collective carries the important mission of comprehensively implementing moral education and plays an important role in the high-quality development of the school,but from the perspective of the current situation,the construction of class collective is still facing many problems.The class assessment content should be used as a guideline to ex-plore the path of excellent class collective construction so as to accumulate strength and provide reference for the construction of excellent class collective.
