摘要
大连教育学院基于行为改进的教师培训评估体系,遵循逆向思路,注重"教、学、评"三要素在培训前、培训中、培训后全流程的一致性设计与实施,旨在促进培训评估标准切实转化为教师的行为改进,进一步提高教师培训的实效性,优化区域教师培训评估体系.
Abstract
Based on teachers'training evaluation system,we follow the reverse thinking and focus on the consistency design and implementation of the three elements of"teaching,learning and evaluation"in the whole process of pre-training,in-training and post-training,aiming at promoting the practical transformation of the training evaluation standard into the behavioral improvement of teachers,further improving the effective-ness of teachers'training,and optimizing the regional evaluation system for teachers'training.
