摘要

班主任领导力是教师领导力在班主任职位的具体化.道德领导力是班主任领导力的核心,教学领导力和自我领导力是基础,家庭教育领导力是必备.培养班主任领导力,需要在班主任培训中设置领导力课程,在学校管理中支持班主任领导力发展.

Abstract

Head teachers'leadership is the materialization of teachers'leadership in the position of head teachers.Moral leadership is the core of head teachers'leadership,instructional leadership and self-leadership are the foundation,and family education leadership is a must.Developing head teachers'leadership requires leadership courses in head teachers'training and support for head teachers'leadership development in school management.
