Integration of Preparation Options in Physical Education and Guidance Strategies in the Context of New Secondary School Examination
In recent years,learning and examination in Physical Education have attracted widespread atten-tion from society,parents and students,especially when the popularization of students'optional examination has effectively increased the selectivity and effectiveness of students'P.E.examination,but at the same time,higher requirements have been put forward on how to choose.Starting from the research,this study puts for-ward suggestions for teachers to help students prepare for the examination scientifically from four perspectives:guide students to choose reasonably,scientifically formulate the training plan before the examination,pay atten-tion to the intensity of students'training,and do a good job in students'psychological guidance before the ex-amination.
