On Teaching Design Pointing to the Core Literacy of Vocational Culinary Major Students
The core literacy of vocational culinary major students can be analyzed from the dimensions of essential character and key competencies.In terms of teaching design pointing to the core literacy of vocational culinary students we should pay attention to the following aspects:the design of teaching objectives should lay emphasis on core literacy requirements of the specialty,the teaching content should focus on the design of unit teaching,the teaching method should guide the students to learn in depth,the evaluation of teaching should be implemented in the whole process of teaching,and the form of teaching should highlight practicality.
