Promotion of village planning on rural development in remote mountainous areas:Taking Baiqikou Village in Helinger County of Inner Mongolia as an example
Rural areas are an important function that carries the survival and development of human beings.Village planning is a comprehensive deployment and optimization arrangement of production,life,and eco-logy in the village area,which plays a standardized and guiding role in the future construction and develop-ment of the village.It is the basis for the village to carry out various land space utilization activities.China has a vast territory,significant regional differences in rural areas,and uneven development status.For a long time,there have been prominent urban-rural conflicts and significant disparities,and the"one size fits all"planning clearly cannot meet the development needs of villages.Villages in remote mountainous areas are further away from cities in the urban-rural relationship structure.The superior resource conditions of Baiqikou Village provide an important foundation and opportunity for the revitalization of village industries and economic devel-opment.The low level of industrial development in Baiqikou Village and the difficulty in increasing farmers'income are also important reasons limiting the development of the village.Village planning is an important component of the territorial spatial planning system,an important basis for solving problems such as uneven development of villages and uncoordinated resource utilization,and an important starting point for achieving rural revitalization,providing scientific guidance for subsequent village development and construction.This article proposes the main development content of village planning in the context of rural revitalization through summary and SWOT analysis,focusing on the relationship between village planning and the development of remote mountain villages,proposing a goal framework for promoting rural development in the dimensions of economy,ecology,culture,tourism,and exploring the promotion role of planning for villages.The results show that:1)Remote mountainous areas have the characteristics of being far from cities,complex terrain,low level of economic development,and urgent need for improvement in living environment;2)Rural planning in re-mote mountainous areas plays a significant role in improving the level of industrial development,increasing farmers'income,reshaping the village governance structure,improving the quality of human settlements,and improving regional ecology,which is crucial to promoting village development.3)Aiming at"clustering and upgrading"villages,combining the natural environment characteristics and development status of Baiqikou Village,we will accurately promote village development through planning and improving the internal zoning and development pattern of the village,with a view to better promoting the construction of beautiful villages in remote mountainous areas.
