Evaluation of Agricultural High-Quality Development Level in New Era——From the Perspective of Supply and Demand Side
In order to bring the high-quality development of agriculture to a new level and improve the level of high-quality development of agriculture in all regions of the country,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of high-quality development of agriculture in China,based on the connotation of high-quality develop-ment of agriculture,from the supply side and demand side,and uses the entropy weight method to evaluate the high-quality development of agriculture in all regions of China from 2013 to 2019,and concludes that from the perspective of comprehensive level,the overall high-quality development of China's agriculture is positive,and yet the average annual comprehensive growth level of in 7 provinces each year is negative.From the perspective of each dimension,there are significant differences in comparative advantages between provinces with higher scores on the supply side and demand side,and regional agricultural development is uneven.In terms of region-al differences,the gap between the high quality development of agriculture in the eastern and western regions of China is huge,showing a gradual declining trend from the east to the west.Through cluster analysis,it is found that 9 provinces in China score low in various indicators and belong to the less developed areas of agricul-tural development.Finally,this paper gives corresponding policy suggestions based on the results of the analy-sis.
