企业数字化转型、持续成长与劳动雇佣

以2010~2020年A股上市企业为样本,使用爬虫技术和文本分析法刻画企业数字化转型,实证考察数字化转型对企业持续成长的影响及作用机制,并进一步探讨数字化转型对企业劳动雇佣的影响.研究发现:企业数字化转型显著促进企业持续成长,经稳健性检验后依旧成立;从影响机制来看,数字化转型通过促进企业创新、降低交易成本和缓解融资约束促进企业持续成长;异质性分析发现,数字化转型对企业持续成长的促进作用在国有企业、东部地区企业和非高科技企业中更强;进一步研究发现,数字化转型促进企业劳动雇佣规模且高学历员工比例上升,同时也减少企业对生产技术工人的需求,并增强对研发、财务等高技能人才的需求,总体上优化了就业结构.
Enterprise Digital Transformation,Sustainable Growth and Labor Employment
This paper takes A-share listed enterprises from 2010 to 2020 as samples,using crawler technology and text analysis to depict enterprise digital transformation,to empirically examine the impact of digital trans-formation on enterprise sustainable growth and its mechanism.Then this paper further discusses the impact of digital transformation on enterprise labor employment.The study finds that enterprise digital transformation can significantly promote the sustainable growth of enterprises,and the conclusion is still reliable after a series of robustness tests.The mechanism inspection shows that enterprise digital transformation promotes the sus-tainable growth by promoting enterprise innovation,reducing transaction costs and easing financing constraints.Heterogeneity analysis finds that the stronger effect of enterprise digital transformation on enter-prise growth is mainly shown in state-owned enterprises,eastern enterprises and non-high-tech enterprises;Further research finds that enterprise digital transformation significantly improves the number of employees of enterprises and the proportion of highly educated employees.In addition,digital transformation has significantly increased the proportion of high-skilled talents in enterprises,and significantly reduced the need for low-production skilled workers.Overall,the employment structure has been optimized.
