Along with the promotion of the network platforms in managing and controlling network transaction order,administrative legislation has continuously strengthened the supervision responsibility of the network platforms for the network transaction order.One-sided reliance on strengthening the supervision responsibility of online platforms to ensure the safety of online transactions has blurred the responsibility boundary between enterprises and the government in the supervision of online transactions,which maks it difficult to effectively guarantee the security of network transactions and market order and may even indirectly promote the formation of platform monopoly.With the deepening of the anti-monopoly of platforms,under the increasingly complex network transaction relations,the governance of the network transaction order should be considered in a broa-der and more open social system.The model of network supervision authority implementation should be innovated,the distributed mechanism of equal interaction should be introduced,the science and technology-driven supervision model should be constructed to improve supervision efficiency.Besides,the scope of the main body of network supervi-sion should be expanded,a cooperative mixed management mechanism should be developed and cooperative supervision should be combined with self-discipline supervision in order to optimize the effect of supervision,and to realize the coop-erative governance between platforms and government under the Internet economy mode.
