High quality employment for college graduates is a complex systemic behavior that re-quires both internal motivation and multi-agency collaboration to build a collaborative mecha-nism for high-quality employment for college graduates.The construction of a collaborative mechanism for employment of graduates needs to follow the principles of wholeness,dynamism,and feedback,integrating various subjects and methods into a whole,and continuously impro-ving the"collective intelligence system".Further strengthening government guidance and policy support,deepen the integration of industry and education in universities and cooperation between schools and enterprises,focusing on cultivating the employment ability of college graduates,im-proving the employment service system for college graduates,and encouraging social participa-tion and support for the employment of college graduates,forming a positive interactive employ-ment synergy mechanism.
