Exploration of the International Talent Cultivation System in the Context of Consolidating a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation——A Case Study of Dalian Minzu University
The cultivation of internationalized talents is an inevitable and proper requirement in the context of the new era.By focusing on casting a firm awareness of the Chinese national com-munity,combining the orientation and strategic development requirements of Dalian University for Nationalities,this paper summarize the current situation of international talents cultivation in universities in terms of international vision cultivation,international professional curriculum and teacher training,and summarize the factors affecting international talents cultivation,which sug-gest the innovative cultivation path of international talents in universities through the innovation of international education mode,the creation of multi-dimensional nurturing environment and the mutual synergy of professional courses,with a view to providing references for ethnic minori-ty institutions to cultivate international talents with a sense of Chinese community.
