面向国际化人才培养的课程思政建设研究——以"薪酬管理"课程为例

以中华优秀传统文化为基础,以国际社会实践为导向,是培养国际化人才的内在要求和价值遵循.以高等院校的"薪酬管理"课程为例,通过文献梳理与调查研究等方法,提出面向国际化人才培养的课程思政建设要落实"立德树人"根本任务,将铸牢中华民族共同体意识融入教学主线,将社会主义核心价值观融入教学理念,将党的光辉历史和伟大成就融入教学内容,将积极心理干预融入教学方法,努力培养出拥有世界视野与家国情怀的社会主义建设者和接班人.
Research on Ideological and Political Education for the Training of International Talents——Taking Compensation Management as an Example
Based on excellent traditional Chinese culture and guided by international social prac-tice,it is an inherent requirement and value guideline for cultivating international talents.Tak-ing the course of Compensation Management as an example,through literature review,investiga-tion,analysis and other methods,the paper proposed that ideological and political education for the training of international talents should carry out the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,integrating heightening a sense of identity of the Chinese nation into the teaching main line,integrate the core socialist values into the teaching idea,integrate the glori-ous history and great achievements of the Communist Party of China into the teaching content,integrate the positive psychological intervention into the teaching method,to cultivate socialist builders and successors with global vision and national feelings.
