摘要

软枣猕猴桃(Actinidia arguta)因其独特的风味和丰富的营养价值而备受人们的喜爱,而由丁香假单胞菌的变种(Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae,Psa)引起的软枣猕猴桃溃疡病是其产业面临的一大难题.为探究软枣猕猴桃患病植株和健康植株对土壤元素吸收的差异,采用S型取样法,分别从大连润丰园珍稀果品开发有限公司和大连兴北园农业科技有限公司的患病植株和健康植株周围土壤取样,分析土壤中氮元素、磷元素和部分金属元素含量差异.结果表明患病植株周围土壤中的氮、磷、钾、钙、钠、镁、铜、锰等8种元素的含量均高于健康植株土壤.推测植株患病后,代谢能力降低,对多种元素的吸收能力减弱.

Abstract

Actinidia arguta is loved by people for its unique flavor and rich nutritional value.However,the canker disease of Actinidia arguta caused by a variant of Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae(Psa)is currently a major challenge faced by the Actinidia arguta industry.To investigate the differences in soil element absorption between diseased and healthy plants,the S-type sampling method was used to sample the soil around diseased and healthy plants from Dalian Run Feng Yuan Rare Fruit Development Co.,Ltd and Dalian Xing Bei Yuan Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd respectively.The results about content of nitrogen,phosphorus and partial metal element in the two types of soil showed that the content of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,sodium,magnesium,copper,and manganese in the soil around diseased plants was higher than those in the soil around healthy diseased plants.Therefore,it was speculated that the metabolic ability of diseased plants decreased and the absorption abilities of many elements were weakened.
