Accelerating the common prosperity of the upper reaches of the Yellow River is the top priority of the national strategy.Empowering farmers and herdsmen with skills is an important way to promote the revitalization of rural talents and agricultural and rural modernization.It is of great significance to study the influencing factors of farmer's and herdsmens training and sharpen their skills for farmers to increase their income and get rich.In this study,743 questionnaires and interview materials were obtained through the skills training of farmers and herdsmens in 18 counties in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.By using principal component analysis,it was found that factors such as age,experience in skills training,family size,marital status,and arable land per capita have a greater influence on farmers'willingness to receive skills training than other elements.Among them,the training includes there is a positive correlation between family support,whether the technical training you have learned now meets the needs,whether there will be opportunities to make money after training,and whether the training content will be applied in the future.This paper puts forward the countermeasures of carrying out skills training extensively,making skills training plans according to the needs,consolidating the results of skills training,and establishing long-term training mechanisms.
