Analysis on the Spatial-temporal Coupling Characteristics of Financial Agglomeration and Urban Green Development——Taking the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration as an Example
Based on the panel data of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2021,this paper applied location entropy and super-efficiency SBM model to estimate the level of financial agglomeration and urban green development of each city in the Yangtze River Delta, constructs a coupling coordination degree model of the two systems, and analyzes the spatial-temporal coupling characteristics between the two systems. The research findings show that the financial agglomeration level has been increasing over time, with the gap gradually narrowing. The spatial distribution of urban green development levels is uneven, and the gap between cities becomes increasingly prominent with the passage of time. The two systems exhibit high coupling and low coordination forming Shanghai,Nanjing,Hangzhou and Hefei as high-value centers, spreading from high to low to all around, and spreading from high to low to the surroundings. The difference in coordination value shows a"U"-shaped trend, first decreasing and then increasing, and the differences between cities have become more apparent. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the information exchange between the central city of the Yangtze River Delta and the surrounding cities, give full play to the spatial spillover effect of the central city to drive the development of the surrounding areas, and thereby promote the coordinated development of the two systems of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.
