民办高校学生党支部建设与思想政治教育融合路径研究

摘要
阐述了新时代加强民办高校学生党支部建设与思想政治教育融合的意义,有利于构建"三全育人"的大思政格局,更好地落实立德树人的根本任务,促进大学生综合素质的提升.对广州某民办职业院校在校三个年级大学生党员进行问卷调查,结果显示,学生党支部建设与思想政治教育融合存在实效性不强、吸引力不足和协同性不够等问题,针对这些问题,提出了创新融合理念、丰富融合形式、健全融合机制等路径,以实现学生党建工作和人才培养质量双提升.
Abstract
This paper expounds the significance of strengthening the combination of student party branch construction and ideological and political education in private colleges and universities in the new era,which is conducive to building the ideological and political pattern of"three-dimensional education",better implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and promoting the improvement of the comprehensive quality of college students.The results of the questionnaire survey of the party members of the three grades of college students in a private vocational college in Guangzhou show that the combination of the construction of student party branches and ideological and political education has problems such as weak ineffectiveness,insufficient attractiveness,and insufficient coordination.In view of these problems,the path of innovating the concept of integration,enriching the form of integration,and improving the integration mechanism is proposed,so as to realize the double improvement of the quality of student party building work and talent training.
