Empirical Study on High-quality Agricultural Development in Ethnic Minority Areas under the Perspective of New Qualitative Productivity——A Comparison with Eastern Coastal Areas
It is of great significance to study the level of high-quality agricultural development in minority areas under the new quality productivity dimension and compare it with the eastern coastal areas.The index system of high-quality agricultural development in ethnic minority areas was constructed from four aspects:development input,development mode,development structure and development results.The entropy method was applied to measure and analyze the level of high-quality agricultural development in ethnic minority areas from 2016 to 2020.The Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition and Kernel density estimation were used to compare the spatio-temporal differentiation and dynamic evolution of high-quality agricultural development in ethnic regions and eastern coastal areas,and the panel data model was used to analyze the driving factors of high-quality agricultural development in ethnic areas.The results show that the level of high-quality agricultural development in ethnic minority areas is on the rise from 2016 to 2020,but the overall level is not high;The level of high-quality agricultural development is unbalanced among provinces and regions in ethnic minority areas,and the difference is gradually expanding.There is a certain gap in the level of high-quality agricultural development between the minority areas and the eastern coastal areas,but the gap is gradually narrowing.The level of high-quality agricultural development in ethnic areas and provinces is affected by the scientific and technological innovation ability,the degree of government attention,the degree of opening to the outside world,the level of urbanization and other factors,among which the scientific and technological innovation ability has the greatest impact on the high-quality agricultural development in ethnic areas,followed by the degree of government attention.We should continue to strengthen financial support,promote agricultural and financial technology innovation,adhere to a high standard of opening-up,further optimize industrial structure,develop characteristic agriculture and digital agriculture,and cultivate and develop new quality productive forces with local characteristics in ethic regions.
