This study utilizes panel data from 30 provinces in China for 2012 to develop an evaluation index system assessing common prosperity among farmers and rural areas in relation to Digital Rural Development.Empirical analysis reveals a positive correlation between digital rural development and rural prosperity,with enhancements in digital infrastructure and circulation management significantly boosting prosperity levels.Additionally,the development of rural industries and financial sectors effectively leverages digital advancements to foster rural prosperity.Regional variations in the impact of digital construction on rural prosperity are noted across different areas of China.The findings emphasize the need to improve digital infrastructure,harness rural industrial and financial growth,explore region-specific strategies,and prioritize policies that promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural communities.
