The Construction of Cultural Rule of Law under the Background of Consolidating a Strong Sense of Community for The Chinese Nation
This paper expounds the basic connotation of cultural rule of law and the historical evolution of the construction of cultural rule of law in China,and discusses the value implication of cultural rule of law in consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation from five aspects:political premise,economic foundation,cultural foundation,social cognition,and cultural security.This paper focuses on the analysis of the current problems faced in the construction of cultural rule of law,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions in all aspects of legislation,law enforcement,justice,law-abiding,and cultural security.It is believed that the construction of cultural rule of law can enhance the commonality of the Chinese nation,and then consolidate a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
