1龄虾夷扇贝形态性状对重量性状的影响效果分析

随机抽取浮筏养殖的97个体形规则的l龄虾夷扇贝Patirtopecten.yessoensis,测定其壳长(X1)、壳高(X2)、壳宽(X3)、活体重(Y)、软体重(Z)和闭壳肌重(W),计算其相关系数,采用通径分析方法计算以贝壳形态性状为自变量对各重量性状作依变量的通径系数、决定系数及相关指数.结果表明:虾夷扇贝壳长、壳宽、壳高与活体总重、软体重和闭壳肌重的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);壳长对各重量性状的直接影响最大,是影响重量性状的主要因素;壳高和壳宽与活体重的相关程度较大,但对活体重的直接影响较小,主要通过壳长间接影响,是影响活体重的次要因素,但二者对软体重和闭壳肌重直接影响都很小;决定系数分析结果与通径分析结果有一致的变化趋势.用多元回归分析法建立了壳长、壳宽、壳高对各重量性状的回归方程:Y=-16.4103+3.9683X1+1.5254X2+2.7990X3,,Z=-5.5523'2.0535X,W=-1.5683+0.5480X1.该回归方程可以为虾夷扇贝遗传育种提供一定的理论依据.
Effect of morphometrical traits on weight traits in one-year old yesso scallop Patinopecten yessoensis
The shell length (X1) , shell height (X2) , shell width(X3) , and live body weight ( Y) ,body-tissue weight (Z) and adductor muscle weight ( W) of 97 one -year old yesso scallop (Patinopecten yessoensis) were measured, and their correlation coefficients was calculated. The first 3 morphometrical traits were used as independent variables, and live body weight, body - tissue weight and adductor muscle weight were used as a dependent variable for path analysis, path coefficients ( Pi) , determination coefficients (di) and correlation index ( R2) were calculated. The results showed that 3 correlation coefficients between morphometrical trait and live body weight, body-tissue weight and adductor muscle weight were all very significant difference (P <0. 01). Shell length (X1) as a key effective factor had predominant direct effect and determinacy on weight traits. Shell height (X2) and shell width (X3) had slightly direct effect and significant indirect effect through shell height on weight traits, which is the secondary factor. But shell height(X2) and shell width (X3) showed very slightly direct effect on body - tissue weight and adductor muscle weight. It was inferred from the results of high correlation index that the path coefficient analysis revealled the truthful relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Except the insignificant factor, the multiple regression equation obtained to estimate live body weight, body - tissue weight, and adductor muscle weight as one - year old: Y = - 16. 4103 + 3. 9683X1 + 1. 5254X2 + 2. 7990X3, Z = - 5. 5523 + 2.0535 X1, W = - 1. 5683 + 0. 5480X1.
