海水酸化对口虾蛄生长和呼吸代谢的影响

为研究海水酸化对口虾蛄(Oratosquilla oratoria)生长、摄食、呼吸代谢的影响,以体质量(10.90±0.33)g的口虾蛄为研究对象,设置对照组(pH 8.10)及 3 个酸化处理组(pH 7.90、pH 7.70、pH 7.50),饲养 49d后,测定口虾蛄的体质量增长率、特定生长率、机体含肉率、日摄食量、存活率及耗氧率、排氨率.结果表明:海水pH对口虾蛄的体质量增长率、特定生长率、机体含肉率、日摄食量、存活率、耗氧率、排氨率影响显著(P<0.05);口虾蛄的体质量增长率、特定生长率、机体含肉率随pH下降而下降,日摄食量随pH下降而升高;口虾蛄的耗氧率和排氨率随pH下降而升高,而O∶N值呈先降低后升高的趋势;试验结束时,各组口虾蛄的存活率分别为 98.41%±0.72%、98.10%±0.68%、97.74%±0.80%、95.31%±1.25%,其中pH 7.50 组的存活率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).研究表明,海水酸化对口虾蛄摄食、生长产生不利影响,且影响了口虾蛄的呼吸代谢,随着pH的降低,口虾蛄的耗氧率、排氨率逐渐升高.
Effects of seawater acidification on growth,and respiratory metabolism of mantis shrimp(Oratosquilla oratoria)
To probe effects of seawater acidification on growth,feeding,and respiratory metabolism of mantis shrimp Oratosquilla oratoria,the mantis shrimp weighing(10.90±0.33)g was reared in 3 PVC cylindrical tanks of each 1.0 m height,and diameter 1.0 m,and exposed to pH 8.10(control group)pH 7.90,pH 7.70,and pH 7.50 prepared by pure CO2 aeration for 49 days.During the experiment,the weight gain rate,specific growth rate,dressing rate,daily food intake,survival rate,as well as oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of the mantis shrimp were determined.The results showed that there was significant impact of pH value of seawater on the weight gain rate,specific growth rate,dressing rate,daily food intake,survival rate,oxygen consumption rate,and ammonia excretion rate of the mantis shrimp(P<0.05),with decrease in weight gain rate,specific growth rate,and dressing rate of the mantis shrimp and increase in the daily food intake with the decrease in pH value.The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of the mantis shrimp were shown to be increased with the decrease in pH value,with a trend of first decreasing and then increasing in O∶N value.At the end of the experi-ment,there was survival rate of 98.41±0.72%,98.10±0.68%,97.74±0.80%and 95.31±1.25%of the mantis shrimp in each group,respectively.The significantly lower survival rate was found in pH 7.50 group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The findings indicated that acidification led to adverse effects on the feeding,growth and the respiratory metabolism of the mantis shrimp,with increase in the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excre-tion rate of the mantis shrimp with the decrease in pH value.
