摘要

为推动臭氧/紫外(O3/UV)技术在水产养殖水处理中的应用,针对锦鲤(Cyprinus carpio)养殖水质净化的需求,构建了一个容积200 L的O3/UV耦合水处理系统,并研究了该系统对水中总氨态氮(TAN)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO2--N)、化学需氧量(COD)及大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的去除效果.结果表明:O3/UV水处理系统能够有效去除水中TAN、NO2--N、COD和大肠杆菌,其去除率与待处理污染物的初始浓度密切相关;O3/UV水处理系统对水中TAN和NO2--N的去除率均随其初始浓度的增高而降低,但对其去除效率均随初始浓度的增加而增加;O3/UV水处理系统处理0.5 h后水中大肠杆菌杀灭率已达90%以上;当锦鲤实际养殖尾水中TAN、NO2--N和COD的初始浓度分别为2.21、0.59、4.61 mg/L时,经过12 h的O3/UV处理后,水中TAN、NO2--N和COD的浓度分别降至1.57、0、1.37 mg/L,去除率分别达到29.0%、100%、70.3%;此外,经O3/UV处理后的出水流过活性炭罐后,水中臭氧的浓度已降至0.04 mg/L,该浓度已不会对锦鲤造成负面影响.研究表明,O3/UV水处理系统能够快速有效去除锦鲤养殖水中的污染物,其在观赏水族养殖水处理中具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract

To promote the application of ozone/ultraviolet(O3/UV)technology in water treatment for aquaculture,a 200-liter O3/UV coupled water treatment system was developed and the removal efficiency was investigated in the O3/UV system in a laboratory.A total of 200 L of koi fish Cyprinus carpio culture water was placed in a fiber Rein-forced Plastic tank with an O3/UV water treatment system and stocked with koi with body weight of 64.8 g±8.0 g exposed to initial concentration of 2.21 mg/L for total ammonia nitrogen(TAN),0.59 g/L for nitrite nitrogen(NO2--N),and 4.64 mg/L for chemical oxygen demand(COD)prepared by ammonium chloride,sodium nitrite and glucose and Escherichia coli to verify the O3/UV water treatment system for the elimination effects of TAN,NO2--N and COD in water.The results showed that the O3/UV water treatment system effectively eliminated TAN,NO2--N,COD,and E.coli from water,with removal rates closely linked to the initial concentrations of the targeted pollutants.There were decrease in removal rates of TAN and NO2--N with elevated initial concentrations,and in-crease in removal efficiencies with higher initial concentrations.Over 90%of killing rate of E.coli in water was ob-served after 0.5 hours of treatment in the O3/UV system.The concentrations of TAN,NO2--N,and COD in water were shown to be decreased to 1.57,0,and 1.37 mg/L,respectively,with removal rates of 29.0%,100%,and 70.3%,respectively at initial concentrations of 2.21 mg/L for TAN,0.59 for NO2--N,and 4.61 mg/L for COD in the koi culture water,after 12 hours of treatment in the O3/UV water treatment system.Additionally,after passing through an activated carbon tank,the concentration of ozone in the water was decreased to 0.04 mg/L,which no longer affects koi culture.The finding demonstrates that the O3/UV water treatment system can rapidly and effec-tively remove pollutants from koi culture tailwater,showing potential applications in ornamental animal culture water treatment.
