The dynamic evolution and improvement path of the vitality of digital economy development
The digital economy promotes high-quality development,and in the context of the digital economy,the vitality of its development is constantly increasing.Based on the business registration information data of enterprises,this paper defines digital economy enterprises,calculates the number of newly registered digital economy enterprises to represent the vitality of the digital economy development,discusses its spatiotemporal evolution trend based on kernel density estimation and standard deviation ellipse,and then discusses its improvement path based on qualitative comparative analysis.The results show that over time,the vitality of China's digital economy development gradually increases,but presents a spatial pattern of"high in the east,followed by middle and northeast,and low in the west".The differences in vitality within each region show a distribution characteristic of"high in the middle,followed by northeast and west,and low in the east".The newly registered digital economy enterprises in that year were mainly concentrated in the eastern region,exhibiting clustering characteristics,and the center gradually expanded towards the southwest,at the same time,the distribution direction gradually changed from"East(slightly north)-West(slightly south)"in 2001 to"Northeast(slightly east)-Southwest(slightly west)"in 2020.Both the dominance of the"economic-administrative level"and the"economic-digital economic development environment"will generate high vitality of the digital economy development.In the first-and second-tier cities,the main way to achieve high digital economic development vitality is the dominance of the"economic-administrative level",assisted by the digital economic development environment,while in third-,fourth-,and fifth-tier cities,the main way is dominated by"economic-digital economic development environment".This paper aims to clarify the vitality of digital economy development and its evolution trend in various regions,and provide some reference for its improvement path.
