慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps,CRSwNP)是鼻科常见的慢性炎症性疾病,常见症状为鼻塞、流涕、嗅觉下降以及头面部疼痛,会极大地降低患者的生活质量,并给患者带来巨大的经济负担.目前,临床常用的治疗方案包括鼻用糖皮质激素、口服全身用糖皮质激素以及鼻内镜手术等,但即便经过药物及手术治疗后,仍有部分患者病情无法得到满意的控制.近年来,随着精准化医疗概念的普及,生物制剂治疗的优势逐渐展现,包括疗效显著、不良反应发生率低、安全性高等,本文对治疗CRSwNP的几种主要生物制剂的作用机制、疗效及安全性进行综述.
Research progress of biological agents in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps
Chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is a common chronic inflammatory disease of the nasal cavity. Typical symptoms include nasal congestion,rhinorrhea,hyposmia,and facial pain,which significantly reduce the quality of life of patients and impose a substantial economic burden. Commonly used clinical treatment options include intranasal glucocorticoids,oral systemic glucocorticoids,and nasal endoscopic surgery. Even after drug and surgical treatments,some patients don't achieve satisfactory control. In recent years,with the popularization of the concept of precision medicine,the advantages of biological agent treatment have gradually emerged,including significant efficacy,low incidence of adverse reactions,and high safety. This article reviews the mechanisms,efficacy and safety of several major biological agents in the treatment of CRSwNP.
