社交媒体互动与企业创新投入

基于"深交所互动易"和"上证e互动"平台的问答数据,以2010-2022年A股上市公司为研究样本,从互动水平和互动质量两方面检验社交媒体互动如何影响企业创新投入.研究发现社交媒体互动水平和互动质量均能显著促进创新投入.具体来说,互动数量以及互动的针对性、可读性、专业性和及时性均对创新投入有显著促进作用.机制分析表明提高失败容忍度和改善公司治理是社交媒体互动发挥创新促进作用的可能路径.异质性分析发现社交媒体互动对企业创新投入的促进作用在管理者更加短视的企业以及创业板上市公司中更为显著.研究结论扩展了社交媒体互动与创新的相关文献,对于促进企业创新和高质量发展具有启示作用.
Socialmedia interaction and corporate innovation investment
Based on the Q&A data from the"Interactive Easy"and"E-Interaction"platforms,and using A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2022 as samples,this study examines how social media interaction affects corporate innovation investment in terms of interaction level and interaction quality.The findings indicate that both factors significantly promote innovation investment.Specifically,the quantity as well as the targeting,readability,professionalism,and timeliness of interaction all have significant positive effects.Mechanism analysis suggests that increasing tolerance for failure and improving corporate governance may be potential pathways through which social media interaction facilitates innovation.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the promoting effect of social media interaction on corporate innovation investment is more pronounced in companies with more short-sighted managers and those listed on the Growth Enterprise Market.This study extends the relevant literature and provides insights for promoting corporate innovation and high-quality development.
