Digital transformation of enterprises and supply chain resilience:a social network analysis perspective
This paper examines how digital transformation impacts supply chain resilience by focusing on manufacturing companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares between 2008 and 2022.The study develops a comprehensive indicator system that quantifies supply chain resilience across three key dimensions:preventive capability, adaptive capability, and recovery capability. The findings reveal that digital transformation significantly enhances supply chain resilience by improving these three capabilities, and also indirectly strengthens supply chain resilience by reducing transaction costs and improving supply quality.Additionally, factors such as the nature of corporate ownership, the level of technological investment, and the degree of regional virtual clustering influence the relationship between digital transformation and supply chain resilience. The results of this study offer a new perspective on how digital transformation can enhance supply chain resilience and provide practical guidance for enterprises on how to use digital tools to boost competitiveness in the face of unexpected events and supply chain disruptions.
