Developing New Quality Productive Forces in Line with New Development Philosophy
At the 11th group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of new quality productive forces and made it clear that the new quality productive forces are"advanced productivity in line with the new development phi-losophy".Comprehensively,accurately and scientifically grasping the meaning of new quality pro-ductive forces in the dimension of the new development philosophy,constructing the analytical framework of"one role,two forces,three highs and four dimensions"and systematically analyzing the basic connotation of"advanced productivity in line with the new development philosophy"will help to dig deeper the logic behind it from multi-dimensions.Among all,"one role"refers to new quality productive forces with innovation as the leading role;"two forces"refers to the goal of new quality productive forces to shape the driving force and supporting force for high-quality develop-ment;"three highs"refers to new quality productive forces featuring high-tech,high efficiency and high quality;"four dimensions"means that new quality productive forces are extensions to harmoni-zation,green,openness and sharing.According to the actual economic and social development,to accelerate the development of new quality of advanced productive forces,we must fully implement the new development philosophy:to encourage the whole society to advocate innovation and strengthen the driving force for the development of new quality productive forces;to pay attention to harmonization and maintain the pace of development of new quality productive forces;to advocate green environment to ensure a solid foundation for the development of new quality productive forces;to deepen openness and expand the space for the development of new quality productive forces;to promote sharing and improve the actual effect of the development of new quality productive forces.
